Andréa Hawkins is the CEO & Founding Partner of Leading Culture Solutions, a boutique business advisory firm she launched in August 2019 to guide growth-oriented organizations in Strategic Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources Support, Culture Evolution, Leadership Development, Interim Leadership and belonging & Inclusion.

With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across Finance, Operations, Product Development, IT, Marketing and Learning in major companies spanning healthcare, financial services and insurance, Andréa brings a sharp for-profit lens into the nonprofit and growth-company world.

Andréa uses a powerful mix of emotional intelligence and strategic insight to help organizations link innovation with culture—so that people and systems align with bold business outcomes.

Deeply rooted in community impact, she has dutifully served local non-profits including YWCA Hartford Region, The Amistad Center for Art and Culture and several others.  She and her husband also co-owned neighborhood cafés in Greater Hartford (Berkins Blend) to foster connection and entrepreneurship locally.  Inspired by the community that uplifted them, they created the Berkins Family Fund, a donor-advised fund that provides micro-grants to entrepreneurs facing barriers to accessing capital.

An accomplished facilitator and speaker, Andréa engages audiences on how inclusive culture, leadership readiness and strategic agility can accelerate growth and organizational resilience. She is often invited to moderate panels, provide keynote addresses and lead community conversations.  She is also authoring a book on her 4L© Journey to Inclusion framework.

In all she does, Andréa is driven by a profound belief: when individuals grow and organizations evolve, communities are strengthened. For her, the secret of change isn’t fighting the old—it’s building the new, together.
